So, I have decided to try my chances in the Scott Pilgrim Contest. Here's hoping! Thanks to *CrushMyVelvet for all of the help and the input! He really came a long way from the beginning!

NEW CHALLENGER: OLIVER HAMMER
Nickname: "Hammer the Slammer"
Age: 24
Story: Oliver Hammer is a professional baseball player. Or, he was. Back in his teenage years, Oliver was the most astounding baseball player that the high school he attended had ever seen. Ramona Flowers had never paid him much mind. She saw him, and she noticed him, but she had never really cared. Oliver saw her, and he always saw her and he HAD cared. In short, he was interested and she was not.
Time went on and they graduated and Oliver continued his baseball career. His talent for the sport did not go unnoticed. He joined the National Baseball League right out of high school and adopted the nickname, "Hammer the Slammer". In fact, rumor had it that he could hit the ball so hard that it would explode on impact. So he would wear goggles every time he was up to bat to avoid any sort of damage.
And as fate would have it, Oliver and Ramona's paths crossed once more when she was attending a game. From there they dated. Unfortunately, it didn't last for very long. It seemed that Oliver had destroyed one too many baseballs and it had been decided that he was a financial liability. So he was honorably discharged from the Baseball League. And then Ramona dumped him. He was no longer Hammer the Slammer. He was Hammer the Loser.
But now he has been given another chance! Another 'life', if you will. Gideon's invitation to join the League of Evil Exes has given Oliver a reason to pick up his bat again, but this time he won't be hitting home runs with it.
....He will be hitting Scott Pilgrim instead. ♥

Ahaha he's super cute & looks totally fitting in the Scott Pilgrim universe. And again, his backstory is peeeerfect. I really like his goofy baseball uniform.
